Instant Spa customers and service providers can delete their account in the app or request deletion from this page.

Delete from the app

  1. 1. Open the Instant Spa customer or service provider app.
  2. 2. Go to Profile.
  3. 3. Tap Delete Account.
  4. 4. Confirm the deletion request.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, send a request from the email address linked to your Instant Spa account. Include your phone number and whether the account is a customer or service provider account.
